Abstract: Collaborative innovation of education, research and industry complies with the rapid transformation of scientific and
technological achievements into the demand of productive forces, and is therefore an effective way to maximize the value of innovation.
The government of Japan has established innovation and originality as the basic national policy. The collaborative innovation model of
education, research and industry is based on common research and entrustment research. The government's promotion and support and
secure legal norms have created powerful conditions for its healthy development, and have enabled the company's ability to innovate
quickly with the help of the strengths of university research institutes. In the timely transformation of scientific and technological
achievements into economic benefits and upgrading of industrial structure, international competitiveness has been enhanced. In the
light of the successful experience of Japan, China should speed up the cooperation of education, research and industry, fully display the
function of the agencies, promote the faster transfer and diffusion of scientific and technological achievements, and build a cooperative
model in a solid, diversified and deep-rooted way.
